If abnormal values are detected, the system prompts a recheck after one hour. If still abnormal, TELECARE+ automatically schedules a doctor consultation through an integrated Google Meet link—ensuring patients receive immediate attention and care when needed.
The system is structured around four main roles: Admin, Doctor, Pharmacist, and Patient. Doctors can view incoming consultation requests, accept or reject them, and assign a time slot with a video call link. Pharmacists verify prescriptions uploaded by users and process the orders accordingly. Patients can track their health records, view verified prescriptions, and consult doctors based on real-time alerts. The system also includes features like appointment scheduling, billing, and online support, making TELECARE+ a comprehensive, modern telehealth solution designed for efficiency and accessibility.
